A seasoned Chief Executive Officer who has served as a strategic and trusted advisor for enterprises in the commercial and national security, defense, and biosciences markets, Mr. Conner brings extensive expertise in cybersecurity, biodefense, and international business. He has led global public-private initiatives for advanced technologies to include fundraising, market development and advising clients on innovation, compliance, and infrastructure protection.
Nicholas C. Neblett
A serial entrepreneur and business strategist, Mr. Neblett has led ventures across healthcare, legal technology, and consumer products. He co-founded EDGARfilings, one of the earliest SEC filing platforms, and served as President of Software and Services at Thomson Reuters Legal. His leadership bridges from surgical neurophysiology to innovation and business operations, with a track record of scaling companies that merge data, compliance, and public health.
